Track 2 focussed on AI and Advancements in Design & Built Environment. This session explored the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence in reshaping the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. Through real-world examples, speakers like Mr. Chaitanya Bharech , Mr. Shreedhar Hungund, PMP, CDCS , and Mr. Bhargav Dave demonstrated how AI is revolutionizing the way buildings and infrastructure are designed, constructed, and maintained. From predictive design algorithms to automation in construction workflows, the discussion showcased practical applications of AI that are redefining industry benchmarks.
Track 3 focussed on the Role of BIM & Digitalization in Gujarat’s Infrastructure Vision. Experts like Mr. Jairam Panch shed light on how BIM and digital tools are enabling Gujarat to achieve its infrastructure development goals. Mr. Rajiv Nehru’s comment on the total height of the Statue of Unity, India’s infrastructure pride, was truly thought-provoking. Industry representatives also discussed state-level initiatives and policies aimed at embedding digital practices across the project lifecycle. The session emphasized how data-driven decision-making and BIM adoption are integral to the state’s long-term infrastructure vision.
Track 4, a hands-on session designed for both professionals and students, provided foundational knowledge of openBIM principles. Led by experts like Mr. Rohith Harish, the session served as a launchpad for participants interested in pursuing professional certification.
